About the Local Rural Addressing Project

Baahaali Chapter is working with the Navajo Nation Addressing Authority (NNAA) and McKinley County to update the rural addressing system that was created by the McKinley County GIS Department. The Chapter is asking for everyone’s cooperation in updating information. The staff will be updating names, mailing address, and phone numbers.

The information gathered will be posted on a secure website with the NNAA, which is an addressing database that will be accessible by Emergency Medical Personnel and Local Law Enforcement for emergency situations.
