Housing Discretionary Funds: Housing Material Assistance

This assistance is for individuals who would like to make improvements to their homes or build additions. We also assist with new construction. The maximum amount funded is $500.00 every five years. Eligibility and other program information is available in the Housing Material Assistance Program Policy. Applications are due by the 16th of each month to allow us to complete the assessment and other requirements prior to the Planning Meeting.
